Have you guys had problem, like I do.I have placed an order for Phantom 2 + H3-3D in December 17th. this is paid already and up to this day, I havent receive any informations when this will be shipped. Fedex stated, that a label was made but they havent received the package from the shipper (DJI). I have been exchanging e-mail with DJI on this matter and its just going around.

Just get a refund and order one from a GOOD local hobby shop and if you need any help it will be much easier to deal with a local hobby shop then any manufacturer.

yes, i purchased direct from dji and while mine made it here quickly, from what ive seen i would MUCH rather deal with a local retailer when it comes to customer service than dji directly.  guess im stuck now but any future purchases will certainly be from a US retailer.
