I received my p4 Monday, had my first flight Tuesday, went to the DJI Site Tuesday night clicked on the buy DJI Care link and filled out the info. In the pop up and submitted it.  Didn't receive anything back, wrote DJI Wednesday morning asking about what was up, no reply. Wrote them again this morning and now they are saying it's passed the  48hour deadline. I'm a little confused as to what the process is and what I have to do to get the coverage.

I actually figured it out on my own and wrote customer support again last night.  I submitted the wrong form. I would post what happened here to prevent others from making the same mistake but it would mean I would have to post photo's containing personal information.
