Looking for anyone flying the Inspire 1 in SoCal area. I'm getting my Inspire soon and would like to team up flying and trouble shot any problems that might come up.

Awesome. We need to contect when I get mine. I should have it tomorrow and in the air this weekend.

If you have any problems you can always stop by our shop.  Google EZDrone.  We can handle everything from the Hubsan up to the S1000.  We are a DJI dealer and have pretty much everything in stock...besides Inspire parts of course.  Soon enough though.

Im in L.A. area . I placed my order on 1/9 so I guess I will be waiting a while for my Inspire 1 . When I get it I would like to hook up if there is anyone close enough.

I will be flying to LA next week from Philadelphia if you'd like to meet up and fly a bit. I'll be in LA area from Jan  19-Feb-1.

We need to all get together when we all have our Inspires in the air. I'm hoping mine won't have the osillation/vibration issue folks are having.

I've had mine a week and its quite impressive craft. I've even crashed once... hit an updraft on a mountain :-/ But the inspire craft itself has held up well. Just replaced the props. Back in the air. Send me an email at contact@christensonphoto.com if you want me meet up and fly. I've really had alot of fun playing around with single operator. Would be interesting to get that second remote going to.

I'm in the LA area also, near the foothills in San Gabriel Valley. I've had mine for a week now and flown 1 flight. It's an amazing drone. I'm about to fly again this afternoon.

I havent got mine yet but would like to meet up to check out your inspires. Im in ventura county ..

There were 3 of us today at the RC field in Van Nuys. None of us has had any kind of issue yet.

Been flying mine in Orange County   I have 5 flights already.

I'm in Baldwin Park, my Inspire 1 fly couple times, every time after 90ft, my WEAK IMAGES SIGNAL waring will be on, contact DJI couple times, they told me try Custom Channel, but still same problem, finaly they ask me send it back to them, still waiting for they check up.

If you guys have any gathering, I will try to join it.

I'm in Westminster I been flying my inspire quite a bit now. I haven't had or noticed any issues with it. Did you get your inspire one already?

San Diego. Just flew at Otay Lakes this morning with the I1 and it was great. No problems with mine.

Here in LA and hoping to have mine soon. Have one order still pending for weeks, but I placed a new order with another dealer on amazon last night and was told it would ship to me today. Fingers crossed no bs!

its been so long since Iv been to that field. I was on RC hiatus for a couple yeas after my brother passed away. I started flying some small indoor stuff and I caught an add on Facebook about the Inspire !. I pulled the trigger and got one. I received it last week . So far all i have done is read all the manual information and a 20 second hover in the driveway. If you guys are meeting again at the Van Nuys field zip me an message Id like to join you !!!

lusetti, my understanding is that MeetUp.com group meets at the same airfield every Saturday at noon.  I'm pretty sure I'll be there this weekend - especially now that I'll have 3 batteries available.

Does anyone where can we fly our drone safely and in compliance with local rules? For example, I contacted Rancho Palos Verdes Recreational&park by email, the lady replied that drones are not allowed in its park and open space. It does allow motorized model planes and helicopters (by permits only).

I joined AMA and found out that some local clubs have restrictions as well, for example, 4lb/5lb limit. Our inspires are 6.5lb with battery.

Frustrating...

So I'm heading out on a road trip this weekend and the batteries I ordered three weeks ago just shipped today and they won't arrive till Monday is there anybody in so-cal that has gotten there spare batteries that would be willing to rent or loan them to me I'm in ontario???
