I sent the item on monday, 19th January 2014; after checking with the post service it looks like you received the forms and the products (GPS) on Wednesday, 22nd January. As of today I have not received any feedback. Is there any issue? Do I need to contact the head offices?

I have sent two request to DJI support in the last 10 days to trade-in my current A2 GPS Pro and upgrade to A2 GPS Pro Plus.
Can you please help me with this? As I have not received a reply or ticket at all from Dji support.
I talked to the DJI guys on Facebook, and they told me to make sure DJI support know that I live in Australia.

The problem is I have tried to find the receipt at his home without any luck.
My sister sent a inquiry and tried to phone mongrelgear.com.au, but never received a reply from them. That is why I have tried to contact Dji support for help.
