Hi there,
I'm hoping someone from Dji can help me out with this. I purchased an Osmo for $649 directly from Dji just days before the spring sale when the price was dropped to $569. I was wondering if Dji would refund the difference to me since I could have just returned it and puchased a new one at the lower price? My order number is: 228613. I have already emailed Dji about this and have not heard anything back.

I don't fancy your chances - the same thing happened to me prior to Xmas when I bought a Phantom 3 and all the extras. A few days later the price dropped by a couple hundred.

I emailed Customer Service but was basically told "tough luck".
