App not working - unable to use Phantom 2 camera

In installed the DJI Vision app on my Android phone, but I am unable to register or login.
I've been mailng with support but that's horrible. No support at all.

I have a wordking account on the this site.
When I try to register or login via the app I get an authentication error.
If I try to reset my password via the app I get a message that my mailadrress is in use but has to be activated.

Doe anyone know how to reset / activate the app account?
I'm unable to use my Phantom 2 camera because of this

You may have to rebind the range extender. You can create an login on the phone with no issue, as I was thinking it was the same thing with the account, but that is not true.
