Can someone tell me if the haze at the top of the photo is normal or do I need to adjust something, it seems on all my P3A and P3S I get that type haze.

The problem is that there is too much contrast between the very bright sky and the much darker foreground.
As there is only a small bright section, the camera has exposed for the larger darker foreground and the bright sky is burnt out.
The solution is to have more uniform brightness across the whole frame.
You could try only shooting the foreground without the sky in the frame or to avoid shooting towards the sun.

Atmospheric haze can also create the same effect, as labriodes states lower your angle to below sky line when there is little or no contrast in sky shots certain filters can help
