Not getting any video signal out  when 4K Mov is selected on GH4, It only works when 1080 59.97i is selected . Everything is up to date (CGU - IMU - HD-AV even GH4 CAMERA ) gimbals is working fine ( pan, tilt, shutter ) anyone here has any idea what the problem could be  ?

How about the HD/AV switch on the gimbal? Is the 4K Mov you mentioned C4K?

we have the same problem!

HDMI-HD/AV Module is only working in 1080 59.97i but we need also the other ones!!
DJI Dev-Team Please can you come up with an Firmware update!!!

Hi please check the camera setting- vidicon-HDMI shooting output , check if the 4K frequency reduction switch in on.

We have tested your problem at DJI end and can get video normally.
Our GCU version is 2.4, CMU is 1.2. What's your firmware version?

I'm having the same issue. All firmware is upto date on both LG and GH4.

Where is the setting "vidicon-HDMI shooting output" found?

Same issue - works on 1080, but none of the 4k modes jpg/mov

Dealer says the I should send it back for repair, and thats  ok, but then I`ll dont have a working heli in all the summer time.

Any suggestions ???
