Could anyone tell me how can I adjust the take-off hight (from the home point) in UAV mode? I use vision+ V3 with datalink and ground station. It would have been very usefull during a take off from a woody place.

You can't set the take-off height, but you can do one or all of the following.
Set the first waypoint very close to the take-off point,
Take-off and hover at the required height, then hit go on the GS,
Take-off from an open area free from any obstacles.
