I just got a P4 and so far so good, tremendous actually. But I was just curious as I plan to bring this to another country, will I need GPS/Wifi/Cellular data from that country to my local phone? Can I just fly the drone using my phone on Airplane mode? Or will I require GPS/Wifi/Cellular date for the maps to load?

You don't need cell data at all to fly your Phantom anywhere at all.
And if you really need maps, you can cache them in advance using wifi.

Hello, you don't need data service when you fly your phantom. And you can cache the map with WiFi before flight.

so if i download the map and cache in wifi then that means when i turn off data, it pops up automatically?
