I ordered my X5R (standalone) from the DJI online store almost a week ago and still have not received a shippment notification. Are we all in the same boat or is their something wrong with my order?
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
The order has just been sitting there as "pay confirmed" for 6 days which was definitely surprising since everything seems to be in stock with "Available to ship: 1-3 day"

Don't want to hijack the thread but I'm in the same boat and not sure what's going on with my order (# 001170605456) - status says "Paid Pending" for a while. Is the payment not going through? Should I do something? Please help sort this for me if you can.
I had my order fulfilled within 4 working days and that's considering it was over the Chinese holiday weekend. I had three contacts with the DJI store and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the staff. To give some balance to the adverse comments here
Apparently DJI have problems with shipments now. I got answer things are in stock, turns out they are not. At the website it says shipments will be within 1-3 days after confirmed payment, but it takes the double time.
