Ok so I was having problems with my video that I downloaded off the micro sd care lagging.  Well moved it over to my Surface Pro and guess what no lag.  So here is my question, I fly with my iphone and my only options to save the video is an mov file or an MP4.  What program can I use on my Surface Pro to edit those video files?

There's also limited editing in the GO app.
I have a MAC and use FCP.
But I'm sure there's tons of great PC editing software out there.
