I have been using my iphone 6+ upto now.

Just aquired a ipad mini 4. Latest ios 9.3.1

First of all did a restore of software from my phone to ipad using go app 2.4.3

The ipad pings when it connects.

However it said disconnected and no camera view.

Re-installed app - same.
Changed cable - same

Turned everything off and on - same.

Ok bit the bullet and upgraded the app to 2.7.1

now ipad still pings when i plug it in. but I do NOT get any connection option on main screen.

re started everything - nothing.

Plugged in iphone, works fine.

Any ideas ?

Having done a iTunes recovery install of ios on my iPad mini 4.

I was able to install and successfully use 2.7.3

I then removed app and transferred from iTunes 2.4.3 and that also now connects.

So not sure why the original problems with 9.3.1 and 2.4.3 and a simple wipe of device.

anyhow going to fly later today with iPad.

By doing a factory iTunes restore (just wiping all settings / did not work) on iPad I have now got iPad mini to connect with go app to my advanced.)

Ive reset my iPad air2 back to factory settings.
Reinstalled the DJI Go app.version 2.7.1
I have the bird on 1.7.6
RC on version 1.5.8
My iPad version is now 9.3.1
Now Ive made it worse, the App wont connect at all, before I couldnt see an camera feed on the screen.
I tried it on my Sony phone and it showed the camera feed one in 10 times but now will only show the app control screen, I can select the menus, take photos to the SD card but cant see the camera feed.
Connect the iPad air 2 ( pings and comes up with the screen/ button How to connect.
Been trying different options for days now, about to back the ute over it! lol

Hello, what kind of phantom do you have? Could you please tell me the versions of DJI GO and IOS on your iPhone 6+ , as well as the firmware version of your drone and RC?

I had the same problem when I first got my P3P, but with an Android device.  Tried everything I could think of and nothing worked.  Finally I noticed a lot of people had this issue when they upgraded the firmware, so I downgraded back to 1.3.20 and it worked!  I haven't tried upgrading back to the latest.

Not as far as i know.

I tried without accepting notifications & sharing photo.

Then with above.

I know the old connector for Apple items won't work or at least for me.

Its the iPad mini 4. It has the new connector type on (think they came out on ipad mini 2 retina)

i have tried 3 leads, all that work with my iPhone.

It pings when I insert cable but does not connect.

Iphone 6+ connects every time.
