I have the problem where with latest X3 update and OSMO update, I have NO video in the GO app.  PLEASE HELP.
OSMO update via app went successfully and X3 update on Inspire went successfully.

Latest GO app. No video feed.

I tried at DJI's suggestion:

1) Re-install the DJI GO App.
2) Check your SD card, format it in the DJI GO App.
3) Try Trigger + Record + Power Switch on startup.

But still no video feed.  Any other ideas?

Hi, what device you using now IOS or android ? have you tried another device? eg.if you using IOS then try a andriod device

Yes, I have the same question as nigelbrinkmann, what's model of your mobile device? Please make sure your mobile device is compatible with the latest DJI GO App. You can find the compatible list in our official website: http://www.dji.com/product/osmo/info#downloads
When you try the combo Trigger+Record+Power Switch, please make sure you've downloaded the latest firmware from our official website and extract the bin file into the SD card which is plugged into the X3 camera.
