I have been using my phantom 4 through dji-go connected to my android phone  with no connectivity problems however I have obtained an iphone 5s with the latest version of ios and am now having problems.
Using the iphone I cannot get past the 'how to connect' button on the app, I have reinstalled the app three times.
I notice when signed into the app that my flight record is blank whereas I am showing 124 flight times on the android version.
I only obtained the iphone as I wish to livestream (cant do this on android, it crashes the app).

Is there some reason why I cannot switch between devices?

Hello, have you changed other apple original lightning cables to try again?

I have only used the brand new apple cable that came with the charger, should be ok shouldnt it?
