I have updated my P3a to v1.8.80 and also the RC, all worked good. I am purchasing a 3rd battery tomorrow. I am sure the battery will need to be upgraded .Will 1.8.80 have the ability to do the battery update or will I need to put the v1.6 bin. on the sd card then update the new battery?  

new firmware is inclusive of battery update...

Oh come on! Another firmware update?? I updated to 1.7 when it came out, flew it after,  didn't like the changes that were noticeable to me and haven't flown it since (mainly because of the weather around here). Is this update worth installing?
