Hi all,
I bought a brand new DJI Inspire 1 Pro "Everything you need kit" ... very awesome but I also have some problems...
J got one battery (TB47) broken, during the first charge with original Charging Hub it got briked.
I also have a problem with the Vision Positioning System... while testing the aircraft, I got some problems entering travel mode... later, during inspection of the aircraft, I found that one of the two sonars is broken!
After inspecting the DJI case I see a circular hole in the bottom of aircracft slot, it's the monocular camera hole, is it normal? I think the Inspire 1 entered travel mode with its body too low and it was pushed down when the case was closed for delivery.
So, I sent lot of emails but unfortunatly during week end DJI Support does not work
I definitly hope there will be no problem with support and with DJI substituting the aircraft.
