Need help quick. Made a school boy error and updated the RC before the Inspire. It now won't exit dravel mode either through the app or with the RC

I too have done the same, did you manage to sort it?

Same issue here.  No fix yet

you can downgrade your RC firmware:
1. Press and hold Academy hat in the upper right corner for 10 seconds
2. Downgrade the firmware
This should solve your problem

HI Donnie, you're a star, that fixed it, it took a while (that 2-3 minutes feels like an age) but we're back up and flying again
