Hi all, I have published a quick HOW TO video explaining the procedure to fix the RC Signal lost error in the latest firmware released for the Phantom 3/4 & Inspire 1. I hope it helps you, any questions please let me know :-)

I've had no luck with this on either my Phantom 3 or 4, both with "Signal Lost" errors after failed firmware updates.  The error says  "Get firmware version failed."

Any tips? thanks for your efforts,

I have the same behavior as Chris.
How did you upgrade?
I didn't see an update in the app, so I used the SD card method to go to 1.8. But then the problems started, so I downgraded to 1.7 again. But the problem persisted...

Hi Chris,

Have you tried re-installing the DJI Go App? Can you also try updating to the latest version of the app. If this does not work, please use the DJI assistant software on a Windows PC.. this will work!
