For publishing the video to the Wikipedia article of this train station https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halte_de_Jor I had to convert it to the OGG format https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ogg

Wikipedia accepts videos only in the OGG format and with the file size up to 100 MB. Also the music must have an open license. So basically the video can be about two minutes with the resolution of 720 p.

Certainly, Yotube has got more impressive features, on the other hand a Wikipedia article and the respective Wikimedia category of media files are a source of an encyclopedic information about a place.

Sometimes I convert to the OGG format (it takes about 5 minutes on my MacBook Air) just to find out that the file size is 102 MB, in such a case I have to shorten the video a bit or reduce its quality, then I try to convert again. I am looking for a converter or a technique to automate this process.
