Hi,
Need some help here. I tried to upgrade my firmware immediately and it goes to 100% on the drone and then it fails. Yes, the drone is on.
On the remote, it goes to 99% and it fails. Yes, the remote is on.

It's infuriating that both need upgrades right out of the box when its brand new and to top it off, neither work.
What can I do to proceed in both of the above situations?

Hello, it would be better to post a screenshot of the version after upgrading. BTW, which one do you use for upgrading, DJI GO APP or DJI Assistant 2?

Try updating the copter with Windows 10 and the RC with the app on handheld device. That's the only resolution that has worked for me multiple times.  In that order BTW.
