Dji says 90 degrees i can easy tell that its about 30°

With landing gear up, or down? Relative to X or Z Axis?  It's far less than 30 degrees off vertical.

I eye balled it and it was flawless with no camera or V.P attach I'm lacking the funds I have parts to trade like a lightbridge + 3 motors for a camera I can't find anyone

I just measured mine and it is 30 degrees exactly .  I have a large "True Angle " and it measure exactly 30 degrees with the gear down.

All right thanks buddy i was right for just looking. I level the tips of the props after looking and adjusting for some time

Not sure what the exact angle is, but here is how you can tell if it is adjusted right.
Both front props should point directly to the intersection of the mounting plate for the vibration absorbing board and the bottom of the airframe.
