When you bring up DJI Go to the "Connect your DJI device" screen you have to change to the correct device every time.
With one line of code in the file you could make the program save the last used device.
It could easily be changed if desired.
I have probably gone through that screen over 100 times with all the update hassles.
It would save your users a whole lot of trouble and time.
Hope you implement this and soon.
Make the ABOUT screen on the RC show the last reported firmware level for the flight controller, and
the present level of the RC when the P3P is turned off.
Presently it says N/A.
The RC firmware level should be available to the RC.
Add the Nvidia Shield K1 to your compatible list.
It is one of the fastest tablets available.
It has the NVIDIA Tegra® K1 processor which features a 192-core NVIDIA Kepler™ GPU and 2.2 GHz quad-core CPU.
I have the Nvidia shield K1.
It have not been working since update 1.8.80, I have no video and disconnected.
When I update I have video until I power off/on, then no video and disconnected.
I can fly just fine.
I agree it is odd that the DJI Go app does not remember what you connected to last, but I have never bothered selecting the aircraft -- it always shows an Inspire 1 in the dropdown list, but connects to my Phantom 4 just fine, and shows the Phantom 4 automatically after it connects. Is this not true of other models?
It does not need to be added as a feature, most people's devices recognise the aircraft correctly every time they switch on. Your case is an exception, not the rule. What order do you power up the system? It works for me if I switch on the aircraft fist, then the RC unit, and the tablet then switches on automatically.
put identifier in each update that will identify target ship, then don't let the installer install if
the correct type is not correct. This is standard a programming practice.
