Hi DJI,

I ordered a P4 battery 2016-04-07, and it is still not packed for delivery. On the homepage it says it'll be shipped 1-3 days after payment. I paid during purchase and got confirmation.

I also X5R also had ordered a X5R through my local dealer, who ordered it from a Swedish distributor. In the beginning of April they got confirmation about it being shipped by air and that I would get it this week. Now I hear that it will be delivered week 17.

I don't now if the latter is a problem with the distributor or if the parcel was lost, or if DJI's webpage is not correct about their delivery dates?

DJI, what is the delivery time of and X5R if I order through your web page and cancel the order from my local dealer?

I've used the DJI online store many times now and the service works fine. The customer service online chat system is excellent.
X5R was delivered within 4 days of ordering last week.

Previous orders I've done through DJI's webshop have been fast. I cancelled my order of the X5R with my closest Swedish dealer, and I have now ordered it again, but now directly from DJI's webshop. Hope it arrives as fast as yours

I also hope that the battery is sent soon.  On DJI's web it says it would be sent within 1-3 days of payment. I don't know what the holdup is, maybe a shortage.

When I ordered my Inspire from DJI it said 3-5 days and took over 2 weeks to go out. Be patient.

The battery got shipped after I chatted online with sales. So finally it's on it's way. I hope the X5R will not meet the same delay, Really waiting on the X5R as the first order was not delivered to the distributor. How can I PM the order number?

Everyone I've talked to said they would help this shipment move forward quickly, the X5R was in stock in the UK warehouse.

Today they say it is not in stock and shipment will not be until the 18:th. So a quick delivery turns out to be a slow delivery full with lies. So, it looks like I will not get it before the next weekend either.

With a lot of luck I'll receive it before next weekend. It might be packed and get a tracking number tomorrow, but actual shipping will not be until probably monday afternoon, 5 days after payment, thank's.

Only one more day waiting for you, then You'll enjoy the X5R! I've just flown once with it yet, but hope to get some air time this weekend now that the weather is good. This morning I will put it on the Osmo and update the firmware for Osmo RAW.
