I went to a local RC Hobby shop today to get acquainted with them. We talked about a lot of things. When I asked them if they carried drones he said lots of them but no Phantom's. When I asked why he said because of their terrible support system. I am new to this and hope it isn't true if I have a problem. Has anyone on here had problems with support or was he just blowing smoke up my arse.

We've made some improvements since last year. Now our repair turnaround time is about 2 weeks. The service quality has been generally improved as well...
