I purchased the Nanuk 910 customizable case. You can always modify it to fix the Z-Axis which is what I'll do if I when I get the Z-Axis.

Don't except the z-axis to be shipped before week 17.
After complaining to DJI store customer support by asking why my order was not shipped within the 2 promised working days after payment confirmation, here is the feedback that I got:
"Sorry to let you know that since the new stock has not arrived at our warehouse, many orders are delayed. The latest news we got from logistics department, the new stock will be available around end of this week. Your order is expected to be shipped out early next week."
Be aware before purchasing as your local dealer might have it before you.

This is what I did and this is the answer I got. I have many DJI products, none of them I bought from DJI directly because of the unreliability of the information you are providing about the availability of your products. Better just wait for them to be available from local distributors.

Lemme guess, false advertising again? I waited over a month for my Osmo and lo and behold here we go again. Email sent to customer support order number 061112596019. If it's not available to ship then why advertise it as so?  Not happy again DJI.

I don't quite agree that this is a flaw. I think DJI and its products are a perfect example of products of the future. Products of the future are Agile and will always be evolving. The rate of innovation that DJI goes through is phenomenal and so it's a bit unfair to expect products that will fulfill every single requirement under the earth. Out of the box the DJI Osmo offers the easiest way to shoot 4K stabilized footage. There are many easy fixes to audio and also this 4th axis is a nice accessory to have. No one product under this earth is going to be perfect in everything.  I'm not affiliated with DJI in any way but i believe the Osmo is a game changer and for what it costs, it's a fantastic addition to any film making kit. Whew rant over !

Hasanyone actually received their z-axis yet? I'm waiting to place an order until I know people are receiving their orders. I don't want to place an order and a month goes by and people are still not getting their orders.

Looks like they changed the shipping times to 10-15 days after payment confirmation....thats just crazy. They shouldn't have listed this for sale if they weren't ready for fulfillment.

Nope still pending whats a pain because it seems to be holding up other parts of my order now. Might cancel and wait to they start getting a stock flow shipping them.

Yep false advertising, I bought this  saying shipping 1-3 business days after shipping it's now been 6 full business days and not even a damn email to let me know of the  delay, pretty sure DJI are breaking EU Laws by selling something they don't actually have, first purchase from their store and VERY disappointed !

welcome to the fantasy world of DJI. But I can actually supply these units for $50 with overnight delivery. Just send me your money and I will get them in the post (that's if I can get the design and manufacture sorted out in the next ten minutes!!!

This same situation has happened with ever single product that has anything to do with the osmo since it went on sale, it's almost like they need all of our money to pay for manufacturing these accessories. But then again, when you pay your employees 9 dollars a month how much manufacturing costs could there be?

Why can't you just own up DJI and say what the delay is in this public forum? Your customers will respect you more instead of skating around the issue and redirecting to an email

If you have been following the osmo saga you would know that DJI has dropped the ball on everything that has to do with the osmo since it was announced over a year ago.

Same here, I seriously hope they follow through on that promise.

Wow, they actually released a z-axis. That is a surprise.

AUD $219.... ouch. I will wait for B&H to stock it where both the product and shipping cost is cheaper. At least 20% cheaper. For example, the Osmo handle can be purchased and shipped to Australia from B&H for a total price of AUD $310, but from DJI Store it's AUD $401. The price difference is not cool. So I will not purchase from DJI store again unless there is some special discount.

Well I would actually wait until tomorrow morning to see if you get a tracking number. I remember the last time I ordered something from DJI, I got the tracking number late at night because their system may push out tracking notifications.

Again I'm speculating of course.

I thought that you were being a little over-optimistic, as I suspect that you are behind me in the queue.

(I ordered as soon as the announcement was posted, when it had  a 1-3 days shipping date).

Anyway, the money was taken as soon as the order was placed, and it's been 12 days so far and no signs of it being shipped. They're currently quoting 10-15 days -- so will it be despatched by the weekend? The world waits with bated breath.

My local supplier (one of the leading sound-and-vision companies in the UK) is actually quoting 4-6 weeks, so I guess that they have no idea about a real shipping date either.

It would be nice to know what the problem is. My guess? The first batch was faulty.

Well, looks like its like the early release of the Osmo again. Fortunately, by chance, I'm actually in Shenzhen today and have some free time tomorrow. Let me go find out if they have it in stock at their flagship shop and I'll go pick it up there.

I just got word from DJI there was a quality issue with the first batch. That's why there is no stock
