Prior to ordering my P4 I checked with DJI pre sales team who informed me that DJI took care of all import tax, customs clearance paperwork etc for delivery to Malaysia.

My P4 is now being held by DHL/customs in Malaysia because it does not have something called SIRIM clearance (something all electronic goods need on entering Malaysia)

Still no reply from onlinesales@dji.com

Is there anyone on here from DJI that can help me out?

I will only be at the delivery address for a few days so this hold up is causing me a massive problem.
