I used to be able to touch my finger to the screen and drag it left to right and vice versa,to get the camera to pan left and right? Is there a mode to put it in? Doesnt work when I try it

Touch finger to the screen then a dot will appear then away you go.

There is a rubber pad on the mobile device holder clamp, if this is touching the glass on the screen of your mobile device, it can effect touch input. Check to make sure it's not touching the screen.
