Hi,I need help with my inspire 1 pro. Today I updated the RC Controller and the upgrade was successfull but when I turned on my drone it has lighted a blue light without DDDD sound. And now I can't do anything with the drone, it was in travel mode but I "forced" it in landing mode but still with the blue light.
On my controller I cannot downgrade, I dont know why... and my tablet says: Radio Channel Quality Poor , and I'm in front of it now...
Can you guys help me, please, my drone is new...
My tablet is a Samsung Tab s2 8.0"

The latest update has one caveat, it changes the encryption protocol between the RC and the Aircraft:

Be sure to upgrade the aircraft before upgrading the remote controller, otherwise the aircraft may not able to exit Transport mode properly.


So, you will need to downgrade your RC and your screen shot shows he downgrade page. But you MUST have internet connectivity to download the RC firmware versions to fill in the screen with selections.

I you can't get the RC downgrade to show selections even wen connected, Donnie has several threads where he shows how to manually downgrade the RC firmware:

Remember, you want to downgrade to v1.5.80 which downloads from this download link for v1.5.80.bin

As one last thing, if the manual RC donwgrade doesn't progress, you may need to RESET your RC. This thread shows how to perform an RC reset,

and then retry loading the 1.5.80 RC firmware.

I tried the pen drive link, but it hasn't work. In five minutes it didn't do anything and gave two files only. These are: C1_FW_RESULT and C1_FW_LOG.
C1_FW_RESULT: ====================
Packet: /mnt/usb/C1_FW_V01.06.0000.bin,
Result: Aborted
The firmware on the SD card is identical to or older than the current firmware on the remote controller.
C1_FW_LOG: [1460908331.604678] upgrade log:

Did I do anything wrong?.... The RC Controller remains the same way...

yes, notice that you used the 1.6.00 firmware. That's the NEW release that won't communicate with your aircraft. You want to DOWNGRADE to 1.5.80 on your RC.....

1) Try the DJI way and connect your mobile device to the internet and then long press the Graduation Cap (ACADEMY) icon for 5->10 seconds and see if it will let you downgrade to 1.5.80....
2) If it doesn't show a downgrade path, then download the  C1_FW_V01.05.0080.bin file from HERE and try manually downgrading...

ok so i need to put my usb stick on the controller right? I have done that before and the rc controller gave me C1_FW_RESULT and C1_FW_LOG with the same thing on it... you have any other ideia or do I need to do another thing to my rc controller?

In the app same thing as the photo I sent, even connected do wifi

Yes, clean everything from the USB and put ONLY the C1_FW_V01.05.0080.bn file on the USB device. Plug it into your RC and power on ONLY the RC...

I've been doing that the whole time, but the RC simply doesn't accept it. The new firmware is blocking the other firmware entry... This new firmware either has great security or has a great non compatible bug...   

Previously, I mentioned that you my need to reset your RC. This should remove the staged firmware and allow you to reinstall the 1.5.80. I'm on mobile and can paste the previous link, so look above where it mentions resetting the RC... you press 4 buttons at the same time...

I HAVE A VERY SIMILAR PROBLEM. I HAVE TRIED DOWNGRADING THE RC TO 1.5.6 AND STILL HAVE NO LUCK GETTING THE DRONE TO DO ANYTHING. I HAVE TRIED CHANGING THE DRONE WITH 1.6 FIRMWARE ON AN SD CARD AND IT WILL NOT LOAD IT. AS A MATTER IF FACT I CANT GET ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE BLUE LIGHT. SEEMS LLIKE I NEED TO RESET THE DRONES SOFTWARE BY ERASING IT AND TRING THE INSTALL FROM THERE, AS THINGS ARE IT WILL NOT LET ME DO ANYTHING! THANKS FOR ANY HELP!
