The screw that connects the Ronin to the handles is faulty.
It has a defect where the lever (supposed to be used for tightening) just loosely spins around the screw and I then have to use the allan key every single time i put attach or detach the ronin from the bars.
Although it sounds like a petty issue, when you pay $3,500 for something you kind of expect the most basic parts of it to be functional.
By the way my ronin is only about 6 weeks old and has been looked after profusely.
From what I've seen, this seems to be a pretty common fault.
I don't really want to have to send it away as i dont want down time between projects.

Is there a way to have this resolved by possibly just sending a repacement screw and i send the defective one back?
