I ordered the z-axis 5 days ago, website said 1-3 days after payment confirmed still hasn't shipped.

Adele, please advise me what to do.  I ordered it to n.y but I'm not going to stay here for a long time. How can I check the real delivery time?  If it would get here too late,  I'll have to cancel the order.

This 1-3 day shipping doesn't seem to be a real thing for DJI. I don't know why they don't just say 8-10 days which seem to be the real times.

After my x5r took forever to ship I know to just wait. I'm not happy about it but at least my expectations are lower haha

I've ordered from DJI before and always received within 2-3 business days. The Zaxis was just released so its expected that there is a delay. I'm gonna hold off until next week to place my order.

There shouldn't be any expectation of a delay other than what was stated, which was 1-3 days. Orders should be shipping today, at the latest.

I ordered mine the day it was released last week and I haven't get back any news and it has been charged to my card.

And in true DJI fashion,shipping in 1-3 business days means Bologna sandwiches.....

Please pay more attention to our next Osmo firmware update in this two days, once it's released, I assume the X5 adaptor order may be proceded promptly.

Funny, when I ordered my adapter it stated 1-3 days, not 'whenever DJI gets around to releasing the firmware that should have already been out'.

Believe or not, all of our relevant staff are trying our best to arrange your orders. As you know, 4/23 and 4/24 were weekend, most of our staff are out of office, so it's not convenient for our people who was working to arrange the job in that two days.
Please just allow us a little more time.

I understand what you're saying but it doesn't make sense for DJI to setup a date that does not actually represent accurate information. You guys have to think about whats best for the consumer. Without the consumer there is no DJI.

You would imagine that if these units hadn't finished being manufactured, you wouldn't put them online as shipping in 1-3 days. I'm assuming there was an assembly line delay, as Dji tells nothing.

I see our agent has marked priority tag on your order. It is estimated to be shipped out around 27th April. It will take about 3-5 working days to get it delivered after order shipped out. When will you leave?

I think that if you are not shipping it tomorrow  I'm going to miss it.

Please make any effort you can for shipping it tomorrow (Monday). If it's not possible I'll have to cancel the order due to squeezed time table. (I'll need your help with guiding me with how to do it).

I ordered it on Tuesday last week i think.
I made the order because I saw it will ship within 3 days from the order and that sounded reasonable. The 27th is 9 days after the order date so it's not my fault...

Please respond asap so I'll can decide what to do.

My humble guess it is depending on how it is shipped. DHL Express might ship during weekends, but normal shipping might not.

DJI you are a bunch of lying idiots. The reason why you are not completing orders is because the adaptor doesn't work right. I have an email from the online store stating that the afoot is not perfected and you will not release it until then. What a joke. Terrible company.

this company is terrible and the buisness is dawn baaaaad.

At least they're no longer claiming that they'll ship  1-3 days after payment.
