Tried three times to get in touch with Europe dji as I live in the uk, but end up getting through to the USA  three times I've explained my problem but get redirected to the USA again after three times, it the most expensive paper weight I have bought. ,!!!!!  So pissed off with there after sales service.

I waited on average 15 minutes for a reply and the that's when I had to prompt them with , A hello ?

Three or four hours for 3 conversations that would of took 20 minutes at the most

Just wait until they tell you you've got to spend more money returning your drone...then you'll really be pissed off.

What issue are you experiencing right now? Did you call us or sent an email?
