we got the new inspire 1 raw.
now, everything is fine, but there is no recording on the SSD card, the SD card is ok.
all needed updates are done. all manuals read, hmm,
does somebody has any idea

I remember, the updating process was not possible by using the SSD card, so we made the update using the SD card. We can "see" the SSD card; even formating is going on, but no recording. And time is running out, as usual
I did try out my X5R and basic workflow yesterday and had no issues at all. Everything worked great. Latest Inspire firmware, latest DJI GO app on iOS. Connected the SSD to a USB 3.0 port. Ran Cinelight and tested different settings, exported RAW and imported it in DaVinci Resolve Studio. Worked perfectly.
Check that the SSD is properly connected, all way into the slot in the Inspire. Mine was very tight, I really had to push it. There is a white marker on the SSD and it should be properly aligned to the edge of the slot.
of course donnie, it takes time sometimes to get used to the way of a, to me new, forum.
