My comp can't see it in the V2.2 assistant on both mac and pc...

I would really like to get to 3.1 if it's going to save me from roll drift.

Please try to upgrade the firmware in Ronin Assistant Software v1.8 to the latest IMU v3.1. Please note that the RC don't need to be upgraded.

I tried to use Assistant V1.8 last night and it still only shows IMU V3.0 as an option. I've reinstalled 3.0 a couple times in assistant 1.8 to see if it would miraculously then show 3.1, but it doesn't.

For whatever reason I can't manage to get any version of the ronin assistant to see that IMU 3.1 is available.

Try to remove the App and then reinstall it.  The IMU firmware has been available since 4/18.

I'm having the same problem. The upgrade doesn't show up in either the mac or PC version of the Assistant Software V2.2.
Where can I download the V1.8 ?

There's only software V2.2
PS: I called the german support and the guy there told me that FW 3.1 isn't available yet.
Seems maybe the release notes have been published too early?

Please be noticed that the Assistant software v2.2 was not available to upgrade the IMU firmware to v3.1 recently due to system maintenance. However, it has resumed work this week. Kindly please upgrade the firmware to the latest one in the Assistant Software v2.2 if you have the roll drift issue.

I updated my Ronin to the lastest firmware (3.1). The roll axis thing has been fixed, thanks. But I noticed that the smoothing is not as smooth as the previous update (3.0). I also tried to set the smoothing option to the max (30) but its doing nothing. Can that be solved in a next update?
With the 3.1 update its kind of stuttery, not smooth at all.

I hope that it can be fixed in a future update.

About the Smoothtrack issue, could you please show us your Smoothtrack settings? Expect for the Speed, did you adjust the corresponding Deadband and Accel.? Meanwhile, please take a look at the Control Menu for more settings.

Any further feedback would be appreciated.

I realize the original Ronin is basically a dinosaur in terms of what DJI has released since then, but is there anyway to upgrade an old Ronin? I'm having issues connecting it to the Gimbal Assistant on my PC computer.
