I use Free Play Music. Their music is licensed for free for YouTube use. A license for social media is $.99. I usually just pay them the 99 cents so that other social media are covered.

If you have your own YouTube channel....click on "My Channel".....then "Video Manager".....then "Create" and you should get a long list of free music you can download.
