Is there anywhere I can see the elapsed flight time? I realise that I can see how long I have left, in minutes, but after or during a flight, is there anywhere to see how long I've been flying?

Probably obvious, but if you start video recording at takeoff the video elapsed time will be your flight time.

Set one of your C buttons to show battery info...you'll see flight time there. You can also just tap ...

yes you can... switch to the battery in the settings and it does show you the flight time there... I haven't checked it (yet) but I noticed it.
