I have a P3S and no issues and got a P3 4K today and can't get it to work in app, what do you set it up as . There's no 4k in app screen . Thanks

Turn on your drone and RC and let your mobile device connect to the RC's WiFi. It will automatically switch to Phantom 3 4K when everything connects well.
