Ok, so i have successfully connected my Osmo to its wifi network but when i go to the APP, there is no picture and the Osmo is unresponsive.  No messages, not able to control Osmo manually or turn it off.  Must remove battery.  Help????  Is there some sort of  hard reset on this thing?  I have successfully used this device many times before with no problem.

Is it the first time for you to use the battery? If it is, please make sure you've fully charged the battery at first.
Have you ever mounted the white X3 camera on the handle before? Is the camera you are using the black X3 camera?
Have you updated the App and the Osmo firmware to the latest versions?
