URGENT Help.

I have 3 issues with my new Inspire RAW:

1) Have just updated to the new firmware, and now the app just reads "signal lost" . Now have no connection. I did before I updated.

2) No files are writing to the SSD card. Why not?

3) How can I get the files to shoot in RAW and not just the usual MP4 or MOV?

1. Please fire up your drone first, fire up the RC second and only then run the DJI GO app.
2. You'll not be able to see files until you download Cinelight for Mac or DJI Camera exporter for Windows
3. You have to have both SD and SSD card plugged in and choose the 4K RAW resolution in camera settings

I am a technician , mate! If you still didn't solve the issue you can post couple screenshots here so we can take a look at your issue...
