Did DJI get rid of their live chat for customers?

I cant find it anywhere, I have used it in the past but now???

it's the weekend. only open during business hours, and i think its based in hong kong

Hi DJI-Paladin, I am sorry if this sounds nosey but is Paladin your first name. My first name is George its just that I see your name on this forum all the time and it made me wonder. I did look up the name Paladin and it says that its a boys name. But that is not always the case because my sons name is Terry but I also know of girls with the same name.

One other thing are there any pictures of the DJI factory that we can see because with the amount of Phantoms around the world I imagine your factory must be huge.
