Here are a few Phantom 3 wallpapers I made.  Took them today and cleaned them up.  They work great on ipad and iphone, and I'm sure they will work for any other phone and tablet.

I first thought it might be from having the HDR on, but that didn't help the prop warp.  I took a shot at dusk and didn't get the warp effect.  Still thought it looked cool though!

It's just the camera you are using.  You either need to use a very fast or a very slow shutter speed to stop this effect.  Cameras with a CMOS sensor tend to show it up more obviously than a CCD sensor.
