To my knowledge it isn't. FCC and CE is based on GPS, I think the whole Europe is in CE. Sweden is at least. I can get about 400-500 meters close to city and about 800-900 when I am in the outskirts.
You could always buy the P3A or P3P which are marketed for hobbyists and professional with the greater range. The P3S is for beginners and has a shorter range and performance to match. It is best to read the specs before parting with the money.

thats true, but then again i still wonder, if the advanced/pro has 3,5km while CE compliant why is the standard limited to 500 when its original range is 1km (1,2km for the 4k)?!
You cant hence the regulations, when the same class drone has many times the range?

It's based on regulations, the Standard and 3 4k are normal WiFi and that's what they are regulated to. The other aircraft use Lightbridge technology so it's not limited like those two.
