Ordered the Osmo adapter for the X5 on the :2016-04-15 09:28:23 (UTC) and still not arrived it states leaving 2-3 days after ordering and still waiting on it. am now thinking of forgetting it.. can someone advise on how i go about getting refunded as totally fed up with dji at this time..

I'm starting to sound like a broken record here but this is such a joke. I keep being told I'm prioritized by customer service after ordering the adapter with in an hour of it going online and then when the first wave ships they missed me, I feel really jerked around. I'll definitely be thinking twice before buying Dji products.

What about my order 044115023622 Sick of getting told different dates, was even told at one point it has shipped, only then to be told it won't ship until the 10th of May. Other are starting to see their shipment arrive when they ordered after mine?

I was even told, along with lots of other customer I would be put on a priority delivery, yeah right, priority to the back of the que more like.

I am so frustrated.  I too ordered a whole bunch of the new accessories on the first day and there's been no action (other than to charge my card).  I really need this for an innovative OSMO application I'm doing with real (not UAV) helicopters.  Such a shame.

Neraxus, I'm sorry for the bad experience. I believe that our agent has marked priority tag on your order but order still haven't been shipped out because of the limited stock. There should be other customers who placed the order earlier than you needs the same item in urgent.  Please let me know your order number so that I can check it.

Order was place on April 15th.  I inquired at NAB (April 20th) and they told me that all orders were shipping. I emailed on the 26th and was told there were issues with the product. I then received an official DJI announcement that there was unprecedented demand and it would ship the end of April.  It is now the beginning of May and I am seeing on other post here that it is out of stock. Please advise me of the current status.

I am just confused. There are others who have posted in this thread and other osmo threads and they say their date that they ordered was after I ordered, but yet theirs are or have shipped. Why is this? Shouldn't orders be shipped in the order the order was place (and confirmed)?

Not at all. A number of factors are taken into account - the date you ordered, value of your order, currency, number of letters in your name, your DOB, your mother-in-law's birthday, number of children and their age (which is then multiplied by 3.14159 and divided by 0), and then your Social Security Number (which is randomized for security purposes).

All of this is then put together in a proprietary algorithm which then assigns you a random priority based on the number of sheep New Zealand has at a given moment in time.

I too ordered the z axis right when it became available, within hours.  I thought for sure I would have it for a project on location next week, now it seems obvious I won't get it. weeks ago I was placed on "priority". that apparently means nothing. I too was considering purchasing a new drone setup with the x5, but I will need to search out alternative suppliers.   It is such a shame that a company that makes great products like this is being let down by their management. I guess this is typical of an un caring chinese company.

Said shipment in 1-3 business days when I ordered, exactly 1 minute 23 seconds after website store updated with the products ordered. The products page said shipment in 1-3 business days 2 days after I ordered. Tell me "unprecedented demand" all you want, but no way your whole stock sold out in 1 minute 23 seconds, unless you produced 4 units for the initial sales run.

Where is my stuff?

This has happened EVERY single time I've ordered from DJI so it no longer surprises me.
