That was nice of them to do...I always figured Aus was closer to China so shipping was cheaper...do you guys get hit with import duties too or does DJI pay those for you guys also?

Tried entering my S/N and it said it wasn't correct. Tired using the online chat...was told to leave my email and they would get back to me. Their chat said there was ONE person ahead of me being helped and they told me to leave my email so they can contact me later? Is there one person working there?

Either way, I emailed onlinesales@DJI.com but haven't heard anything back from them. Go figure.

Had issue with S/N yesterday spoke to DJI online then backed that up with a mail to  onlinesales@dji.com . Didnt get a reply to the mail but S/N working today got 50% discount code by mail - 2 batteries ordered

Glad I could pass on the information, it would be terrible to miss out on the opportunity...Would have been nice for DJI to just send notice to all owners and extend the offer so nobody would miss out as I bet there are many owners out there whom have no idea this offer is available.
