Since you have an RMA and email, please send an email reply with your questions and they will assist you. If you say that you wish to speak to them directly, maybe they would call you but that is not standard procedure.
They have not given me a RMA number only a ticket number 199878 . They asked for a form to be filled. Which I did . I have not had any email from them since .
I got this email , I cannot believe I have to pay to fix it . I only had it 4 days . The flight record does not even match up with reality. This can't be right .
As of the conclusion of the crash analysis. Unfortunately we have to inform you that crashed during RTH are not covered under warranty. In addition the area you were flying in was not optimal, there is a lot of disturbance causing the remote control to lose signal.

I am sorry about that.
Every time I fly, I adjust my RTH height higher then anything around. That way if it does lose signal and enters RTH, it will come home higher than the tallest obstacle and not run into it.

My return to home was 30 meters . As i mentioned the rth did not work . I am not happy with dji ho ...
I am very sorry about that, I am in the US and cannot see any info on your case. If they said it crashed into something on returning to home then something like that is not covered under warranty as they have stated.
