Update status for Osmo replacement mics?

A few months ago I hapilly saw that DJI would offer free fleximics for all Osmo users.

Suffering myself from the terrible audio quality, I was almost ready to return my OSMO to Amazon UK but decided to hold off.

Not my 30 day return has passed and there is no sign or update for the flexi mic.

I've contacted Amazon and they are clueless about this.
I contacted DJI support and asked me to wait until beginning of April.

It's May and we have no update whatsoever.

Could someone from DJI please give us an official status for the replacements?

It's taking too long and I've lost my right to return the product so I would expect my flexi mic soon.

I spoke to both the DJI store and Amazon UK a couple of times, unable to get a staight answer from either. I just went and bought one from another online retailer as i couldn't be bothered with being pi$$ed about by either of them.

Obviously I have, or I wouldn't have made that comment.  Store refused to supply one, sent me to B&H, who didn't help, went back to store and they've ignored my last three emails.

Shocker.

Emailed sales, they got back to me surprisingly fast I must admit.
First email they suggested contacting Amazon. When I made it clear that Amazon does not know about this issue they said they will contact the UK retailer and that they would contact me directly.

I will keep you guys updated.

You need to contact sales@dji.com but not store. Do you mind advising your email address or other key words that you used so that I can try to find out your email?

Just wanted to say, nobody ever contacted me about the microphone.

I thought  I would give it the benefit of a doubt and wait for almost a month, but still nothing.

I really don't understand why announce such a thing and then fail to deliver.

Can somebody from DJI please advise?
