I spoke to both the DJI store and Amazon UK a couple of times, unable to get a staight answer from either. I just went and bought one from another online retailer as i couldn't be bothered with being pi$$ed about by either of them.
Obviously I have, or I wouldn't have made that comment. Store refused to supply one, sent me to B&H, who didn't help, went back to store and they've ignored my last three emails.
Emailed sales, they got back to me surprisingly fast I must admit.
First email they suggested contacting Amazon. When I made it clear that Amazon does not know about this issue they said they will contact the UK retailer and that they would contact me directly.
You need to contact sales@dji.com but not store. Do you mind advising your email address or other key words that you used so that I can try to find out your email?
