I got my phantom 4 about 5 days before I was due for a bike offroad motorcyle trip in Western Australia, no cafes or hotel type trip. I put the Phantom in a waterproof bag in the orginal box on the back of the bike. all went well, the only marks on the camera were caused by the constant heavy vibration for the rough roads. The gimble bracket wears off the nice grey paint!
With 45 min of flying up my sleeve before the trip we got some great shots that captures the trip, helmet shots was with a Gopro 4 silver.
Only haveing the one battery I had a 12 volt /240 volt 100watt invertor running off the bike while riding which worked great, a car type charger would be very handy!! ( and now my spare batteries have arrived... )
Orginally had a gimble on the slope problem but now seems fine!
Gday
Thanks for the comments, filter wise i used a cpl filter on the ocean shots didnt have alot of time and didn't try it without it. My video originally was not colour corrected but utube changed it a bit, so the opening is a little reder than actual but not much.
☺Already planning the next trip
