I am sorry, it can take a few days to get shipping information, I have sent an email with your ticket#.
They should contact you Monday if they haven't already today.

In the US shipping is paid both ways, for Canada and Mexico customer pays to ship it in and we cover shipping back to you.

Really? But I just RMA'd a battery a few months ago and it was paid for shipping there and back from Canada. Is this a recent policy change?
