Only had since March 6th .... Can't get the Remote to charge.  Charged twice no issues.  1st time charging since last firmware upgrade.  Any suggestions?

Battery is dead .. plug in charger, the light lights up like it is going to show a charge, then goes out.  I can turn on the remote while it is plugged in, but when unplugged turns off.

Was the rc maybe dropped?   It looks like the battery came disconnected internally.  Could have just been a bad solder inside or lose connection.   Most likely will need to do RMA.  personally I would open up and look for break and repair.    Your call if your handy with an iron or not.  

No drops.   I did make contact with DJI ... just waiting on the shipping label.   Hate having to wait a couple months to get it back.
