Small crash. One of the 3 clips thats thr propellor in place broke off. Going to be sending it in for repair but i noticed thr propellor still securly holds in place with only two.

Thoughts on continuing to fly?

Unwise.

I don't know how the system works (i haven't even seen it), but flying without some kind of fail-safe is asking for trouble IMO.

I wouldn't risk it - you lose a prop in flight and bad things are going to happen.  

Thank you, this was the part I was looking for. I may or may not send it in. Seems to be functioning fine. I get multi color bars on the streaming video sometimes but I assume that's just the signal changing.

What type of device are you using for display, Android, Apple ?

try turning on USB debugging and change USB protocol, that may sort out this problem.

What do you mean by changing usb protocol? Or you mean enabling debugging changes the protocol?

You don't need to send it in, buy the part and use a 1.5mm hex to replace

Not me. Repair? Throw it away. Props are very inexpensive. Buy some spares and you should have received a spare set with the Phantom.

I found that on my Nexus 7 (2013) video link errors I was getting disappeared after I enabled USB debugging, I also had to change the protocol from 'Charging' to Photo (media might work equally as well).

Search the forum and you will find others with similar problem.

OR it could just be 'Over exposure' warning bars that the OP was seeing.

Do you have metal props?  They're generally more important & under a lot more strain.  You'll notice the majority of the aircraft is plastic, to save weight & cost.

Ah, the photo rather than installer, yes, got it.. I did not look at what my phone thinks on that front. I will hook up in a few and confirm if it gives me that little usb mode icon.
BTW, I read somewhere that the debugging is not needed anymore, and some saiy straight out, to disab le it.
May need to play with that and some testing.

That could be correct, I moved to larger iPad a couple of weeks ago, when Obama was here last week I was going to come out to him as an Apple convert

I take it you did not fly your drone, because if you did, I am sure you'd have made the news ;)
And I just disabled debugging, will see what that does for me.
